tomorrow

so during all this time i research and last year i came upon pelvic congestion syndrome and brought it up to my pain guy hes actually a good doc i dont even see cooper anymore it depresses me to look at him and i have been in such pain i have honestly wanted to be very nasty so best not to go there but look ive been this way now in daily unrelenting pain unless i am flat and even then no relief wout medicine. last year i called every radiologist in wilmington and raleigh and not one knew about a mri to see if i had pelvic congestion i gave up...so my insurance is up in a month and my physical therapist comes as ive been horrible lately hurts all the time except a little while in the am i cant walk very far just sad i hurt always if i am standing so my therapist says dee this vein is hard and you say its the most tender its distended when i massage it the spasm of your muscle releases and you feel better. its the vein so i get online and get into see dr kelvin hong who does venographies to see if i might have had varicose veins all along. ovarian pain due to varicose ovarian veins bummer is i will not know until i wake tom what it is. i have always kinda doubted the whole pudendal nerve thing but i knew was something nothing just doesnt hurt this bad like a toothache in my groin.ive been like this since the early ninties first the the gyno then to the bowel dr then to the gyno ect... i am fairly positive this is it now makes sense i have varicose veins in my legs and some are painful.i believe the vein in my vaginal wall was clipped in some way and made worse and i believe both my ovarian veins also will show i pray dr hong will embolise them if only the vaginal one if not i am not sure who to turn to next. pray with me this is the answer i seek.

in2004 after several years of cystic ovaries and a oopherectomy of my left endometriosis filled left ovariy i had a hysterectomy. my main symptom was i ached when i stood too long or sat too long so april 2004 dr william cooper did a LAVH and within ten days i was in his office in unrentling pain. after a month of oral antibiotics into the hospital i went for iv antibiotics. id get better while on antibiotics and right back within days after they ended later i found out tibiotics have a anti inflammation effect. i got c difficile baterial infection from the meds and germs at the hospital, so i suffered six months and dr cooper went back in jan 05 to remove adhesions that must be the source of my pain. i could not stand for longer than ten fifteen minuteswout achein my pelvis. so no better in six months went to unc hospitals head professor pelvic pain dr john steege they decided a nerve must be impinged and did a vaginal apex recision again my symptoms were i could neith sit nor stand for longer than ten fifteen miutes wout acheing in crotch on left side. often my ovaries hurt too and after this only helped short term i was treated with shots monthly of depr medrol and i started now getting cysts on my right ovary which had never happened and both sides hurt though always marked difference on left. so i gave up and let dr cooper take out final ovary in 2006 thinking i would be better but no and so i was referred to pain management to get the percocet which was the only thing combined w either soma or flexeril to ease my pain and depression due to my situation. during this time i have spent time getting physical therapy yes the streching of my vaginal muscles and agonizing injections into my pudendal nerve with long lasting anti inflammation drugs and pain killer mostly prednisone/ so all this time i go back to dr steege who says its not anything but muscles will not listen to any chace it might be anything else which brings me to today and tommorrow and johns hopkins...
